Allcars in Scale was established in September of 1999 at it’s present location of 194 Keilor Road, Essendon. A lifetime passion of cars, motorbikes and motorsport led to the associated interest of model car collecting beginning with one Danbury Mint 1930 Model A Ford Roadster in 1:24 Scale which then expanded to a personal collection of Matchbox Model A Fords in 1:43 scale and on to the Australian made Dinkum Classic V8 Supercars.

It was soon realised that the model car collector living in the North Western suburbs of Melbourne had very little in the way of a specialty diecast model car shop in their area. Very soon after, we were taking steps to open a store that would provide the model car collector with a shop that was stocked solely with diecast model cars from as many manufacturers that were available to us.

Our aim is to provide customers with a friendly personalised service that caters for each and every individual requirement. We offer a six-week Lay-By and provide a Mail Order service to those that are unable to visit our store.
A newsletter is sent out each week by way of email detailing any new stock that has arrived and any news on future model releases available to pre-order.
